Elite RV & Storage can accommodate an RV up to 45 feet long, as long as the unit is deep enough for it. Units range from about 600 to 2,220 square feet and are all 20 feet wide, so the depth of the unit is what decides the fit. Most units have 12-foot by 12-foot roll-up doors, and some units have 14-foot by 14-foot doors. Many Class A motorhomes and fifth wheels stand taller than 12 feet once the roof air conditioner is counted, so measure to the highest point of your rig and ask for a 14-foot door when you reserve if you need the clearance.
Yes, for protection. Outdoor parking leaves a vehicle in the open, and covered parking adds a roof but leaves the sides exposed to sun, dust and blowing debris. An enclosed unit with walls and a closed door keeps sun, dust, weather and view off the vehicle entirely. Every space at Elite RV & Storage is a fully enclosed unit; there are no covered or outdoor spaces.
Central Valley summers combine sustained heat with fine airborne dust, and both are hard on a parked vehicle. Sun degrades roof membranes, seals, decals, dashboards and tires; dust works into vents, seams, slide-out mechanisms and upholstery. A vehicle stored enclosed and insulated ages markedly better than one that sits in a driveway through July and August.
The units are insulated to R30 in the ceiling and R19 in the walls. That is not active climate control, but it meaningfully reduces the temperature swing a vehicle sits through, which is what tends to damage seals, adhesives, electronics and interior surfaces over a long summer.

Not necessarily. Drive aisles are sixty feet wide and paved in concrete, and several units are drive-through — pull in one end and out the other, no reversing at all. If backing a long trailer is something you would rather avoid, ask specifically for a drive-through unit when you reserve.
Yes. There is a dump station on the property and there is no charge to use it, so you can empty the black and gray tanks on the way in rather than hunting for a station across town.
Wash and dry it first so dirt does not sit against the paint, empty the tanks at the on-site dump station, remove all food, and close the vents and roof openings. Take care of any fluid changes or maintenance before you arrive, because no work can be done on vehicles at the facility. Units have 120-volt outlets, so power is available for a battery maintainer.
No. No work of any kind can be performed on a vehicle at the facility, including changing the oil, antifreeze or any other fluids. Schedule service before the vehicle goes into storage or after it comes out.
Tires flat-spot and the sidewalls age when a vehicle sits in one position for months, and UV accelerates it. Inflate to the recommended pressure before storing, and if the rig will sit for a long stretch, move it a short distance every few weeks. Enclosed storage removes the UV part of the problem entirely.
Yes — boats are stored on their trailers. Measure to the top of any wake tower, bimini or windshield while the boat sits on the trailer, and ask for a unit with a 14-foot door if that height is over 12 feet. Flush the engine and drain the water before storing, especially at the end of a season.
The property has 34 security cameras with continuous recording, a secure gated entrance with tenant passcode access, and an after-hours break-in alarm on the entrance. An enclosed unit also removes your vehicle from view entirely, which is a different kind of security than a fence around an open lot.
